Have you ever had Cinnabon cinnamon rolls? They are to die for, and they now sell the complete mix for them in a box so you can make them at home. Say the word and I'll send a box off to you. Cinnamon is also good in chili. We have a kind of chili here called (I believe) Five Way Chili. The meat is cooked with a touch of chocolate and lots of cinnamon and chili, then it's put on the table with cooked spaghetti noodles, chopped onions, kidney beans, cheese, and oyster crackers. Guests (or the family) put them together however they please. I love it. Hmmmm, I might be tempted to cook to make that one :-)
I never had the pleasure, I think... The only cinnamonroll I ever had was when we were waiting for our plane at the airport in Las Vegas 2 years ago...
Oooh that chili sounds good... is it a really spicy one or rather medium?
If you had it at the Vegas airport, it probably was a cinnabon--they're huge. The chili can be either spicy or mild. It's up to you. I make so spicy that it makes you sweat:-)
